We genuinely do not want you to worry about going to a pharmacy again and we will do everything we can to stand by this. Getting your prescriptions sorted - that has got to be one less thing for you to be concerned about.
Ever since we took over the pharmacy in the spring of 2023, we had just one thing in mind - to help bring up the standing with the community. We know we have a long way to go, but we have been working really hard with the nearby surgeries and carehomes and most importantly the patients to help bring this to fruition.
Requesting Your Medication
Step 1: When you are doing it for the first time, you are welcome to either call us or stop by to talk to us. From then on, if you would like us to do this for you regularly on your behalf, please let our staff know and we'll have everything sorted for you timely.
Step 2: Your GP will check your request against their records to verify and authorise your NHS prescription.
Step 3: Once your GP approves your request, we’ll process the order and let you know how quickly you can expect your medication.
And trust us when we say - we will attempt to move heaven and earth to get this out to you as early as we humanly can!
